If you have had time off or just starting out and want to get fit before jumping into the level up, this is the class for you. This class incorporates all the basic skills needed in Muay Thai with an additional routine to improve cardio.

Intermediate/Advanced

This class is suitable for students who have some previous training experience in the art of Muay Thai. With high intensity training and an increased focus on complex techniques and combinations.
